Pickup & Delivery
Do I need to be home for pickup & delivery?
Nope! Our truck visits your neighborhood twice a week on set days. Just leave your items out (in a bag, on your porch, or wherever you've arranged) and we'll pick them up and drop off your clean order — no need to be home.
How does free home delivery work?
Once you sign up, our truck visits your neighborhood on specified days each week for pickup and drop-off. You get exactly the same high-quality drycleaning we offer in our stores — same GreenEarth option, same satisfaction guarantee — without paying more than you would in-store
Is there a minimum order or subscription to use home delivery?
No minimum and no subscription required. Sign up for free home delivery whenever you like, and use it as much or as little as fits your schedule.

What's the standard turnaround time?
Most dry cleaning is ready in the same day when dropped off in the morning — check our Locations/Hours page for same-day cutoff times at your nearest store. Tailoring and alterations are usually ready in 24-48 hours, depending on the job.

Dry Cleaning & GreenEarth
What is GreenEarth cleaning?
GreenEarth is our environmentally-safe drycleaning method, free of harsh chemicals. It uses silica — the same element found in ordinary beach sand — leaving fabrics softer and colors vibrant longer, with no chemical odor.
What items can I bring in for cleaning?
Sweaters, coats, suits, dresses, drapes, quilts, pillows, spreads, antique lace, and bridal gowns — if it needs cleaning, we can likely handle it. If you have a specialty item, feel free to ask your local store first.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We stand behind every order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something's not right, just let us know and we'll make it right.
Tailoring & Alterations
Do you offer on-site tailoring, or do you send it elsewhere?
Our tailors work on-site at our stores — no sending your clothes out. Walk-ins are welcome for anything from a quick hem to major alterations, and most work is done in 24-48 hours.
What kind of alterations can you do?
Our expert tailors handle burst zippers and seams, unraveled hems, major alterations, and even stitching up scout badges. Walk-ins are always welcome.
