BEST EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: VIOLETA CASALS OSEA

We caught up with Violeta to ask a few questions about her time at Best Cleaners. Here’s what she had to say:

Do you have a nickname? People usually call me Violet or Violy.

What is your position? I am a Seamstress/Tailor.

What location? Berlin.

How long have you been at Best? Three months.

Where did you work before joining the Best team? I worked as an accounting clerk and for a tailoring shop for two years. Before that I lived in the Philipines and worked as a production manager for a garment export company before opening my own dress shop.

What do you like best about Best? Most of all I like the way the owner of this company takes care of his employees. I also love my manager, Shoran. She is good and takes care of her tailors. I also love working with my co-workers who are supportive of me.

What are your special talents, hobbies or interests? My hobby is sewing! I design clothes and gowns. I also enjoy browsing Pinterest, cooking and reading.

Anything else you would like to share? Whenever a customer is happy with my work, I am inspired. I always praise God for whatever work I have. There’s never a dull moment for me in sewing, no matter how difficult it is.
