BEST CLEANERS RECOGNIZED AS TOP FAMILY BUSINESS

The Hartford Business Journal honored a select group of family-owned businesses for their outstanding achievements, recognizing that family businesses are an integral part of the social and business fabric of our state. Twenty-one finalists represented four business size categories: Full-Time Employees less than 25; Full-time Employees 25-75; Full-Time Employees 76-199; and Full-Time Employees 200+. Best was a finalist in the Full-Time Employees 76-199 category. Nomination criteria included several factors such as the number of family members involved in the business operations; leadership and innovation within the business industry; employee training and benefit programs; and community service. Awards were presented at a dinner and speaking event held in Farmington on October 18.
